Park Hill Collective Impact connects to community improvement!

Park Hill Collective Impact held a Leadership Summit earlier this month to rally organizations and community leaders to work on Academic Performance, Academic Equity, Juvenile Justice, Community Health, Emerging Adults and Economics/Housing.

PHCI serves as the facilitator and connector for a growing network of partners to meet the challenges facing children from prenatal to career. They do that by recognizing existing neighborhood assets, identifying gaps and coordinating partners to drive continuous improvement. www.parkhillci.org
